My Little Pony is a bright and dreamy party theme that will delight any girly girl on her big day. We just added a fabulous collection of My Little Pony party supplies to PartyPail that features Rainbow Dash, Pinkie Pie, Twilight Sparkle, Fluttershy, Applejack, and Rarity against a flower-filled meadow and mountain backdrop. So pretty!
And the best part? There are so many ways to make your birthday girl’s My Little Pony party fun and unique! We took to Pinterest and created a whole board full of My Little Pony party ideas, and today we’re going to share some of our favorite ideas…
1. My Little Pony Dessert Table via Maddy Cakes Muse
Isn’t this cake table setup amazing? This hostess used rainbow-colored desserts and My Little Pony toys to create a focal point for the party. And see those My Little Pony rainbow tails on either side of the cake? Believe it or not, those are dollar store dusters!
2. My Little Pony Rainbow Balloon Archway via Maddy Cakes Muse
Outside, this hostess created a gigantic rainbow balloon archway over the pool. Even if you don’t have a backyard like this one, a bright rainbow balloon archway across the front door or over the tables is a dreamy way to add a rainbow to the decor.
3. My Little Pony Rainbow Window Decoration via Burdette Family Creations
Speaking of windows, some batting and tulle are all you need to create this window rainbow decoration! Remember, the colors of the rainbow are red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, and violet.
4. My Little Pony Cake via Sugar Tart Crafts
For the cake, definitely use miniature My Little Pony toys for the cake toppers. We also love how this hostess used batting around the base of the cake stand to look like a cloud! Doesn’t this fondant cake match our My Little Pony party decorations beautifully?
5. My Little Pony Rainbow Cake Tutorial via Make It & Love It
The birthday girl will be delighted when she sees the surprise inside this rainbow cake! Be sure to check out Make It & Love It for a tutorial on how to bake a rainbow cake yourself.
6. My Little Pony Character Cupcakes via Krazy Kingdom
These cupcakes are more than meets the eye. They’re actually iced and decorated to match Rarity, Rainbow Dash, Twilight Sparkle, and Applejack. Can you pair the cupcake with the pony?
7. Double Dipped Caramel Chocolate Apples via Krazy Kingdon
In honor of pony Applejack, these double dipped caramel chocolate apples are quite the treat! Dip them in sprinkles, wrap them in cellophane, and send them home with your guests as sweet favors.
8. Apples & Carrots via Chocolate on Toast
Or, if you want to keep things a little healthier, set out trays apple slices and carrots, favorite treats of all ponies! Label them as Applejack Slices and Flyttershy’s Bunny Treats like this hostess to tie them into the party theme.
9. Rainbow Fruit Skewers via Curious Sprinkles
Another healthy snack that’s perfect for a My Little Pony party is rainbow fruit skewers! Use Strawberries, cantaloupe, pineapple, kiwi, blueberries, and grapes to match the colors of the rainbow.
10. Hoof Decorating Parlor via Chocolate on Toast
To keep the girls busy, set up beauty stations, like Rainbow Dash’s Hoof Decorating Parlor — where the girls can get manicures and pedicures!
